Our oat groats are sourced from certified organic farms, ensuring each kernel is packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Like all whole grains, the nutrients in oat groats are best preserved when they are minimally processed, giving you the full nutritional benefits in every bite. Oat groats are the whole oat kernel, with only the inedible hull removed, making them perfect for hearty breakfasts, homemade oat flour, oat meal, or sprouting in your kitchen.

We produce some products we sell, but the rest are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers with preference on local.
Are your products all certified organic?
No, not all our products are certified organic. However, any of the farmers we work with that are not certified use regenerative practises.
